Norton’s Cove Café This Morning

It’s a gorgeous morning to get started back at the café after a little winter break.  The sun is shining, the kitchen is abuzz with new recipes, and I am full of hopes for a successful new year in this still new business.  

Tonight we host our first Robert Burns Supper.  It’s an informal event, which we hope to grow into something we all look forward to every year.  “And there’s a hand, my trusty fiere!  And gie’s a hand o’ thine!  And we’ll tak’ a right gude-willie waught, for auld lang syne.”

We have new menus for breakfast, lunch, supper, and Sunday Brunch.

I’ll be at the café every morning, and then going to work at the studio in the afternoons.  I’m looking forward to seeing lots of happy faces here at the café, as well as diving into the spring printing season at the studio.  

 

The view is one of tranquility this morning.  No matter the weather conditions, sitting here with a favourite beverage is a soothing experience- something about watching the ocean…
